Content Policy (UGC Guidelines)

erClick allows users to create and share user-generated content (“UGC”). This policy describes what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how we enforce rules to keep erClick safe and compliant.

Users are solely responsible for content they upload, post, or share. We reserve the right to remove content at any time and take enforcement actions, including account suspension or bans.

1) Prohibited content

1.1 Copyright and intellectual property violations

• Uploading or sharing content you do not own or do not have permission to use (including copyrighted photos, videos, and text).
• Music/audio uploads: uploading copyrighted songs, instrumentals, samples, or audio you do not have rights to is prohibited.
• Content that infringes trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

1.2 Pornography and sexual exploitation

• Sexually explicit content, pornography, or sexual services/solicitation.
• Any content involving sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Any sexual content involving minors (this results in immediate enforcement and may be reported to relevant authorities).

1.3 Violence, hate, and harassment

• Content that promotes or glorifies violence or encourages self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
• Content that incites violence or discrimination.

1.4 Spam, scams, and deceptive practices

• Spam, engagement manipulation, or repetitive posting intended to mislead or disrupt.
• Scams, fraud, phishing, or attempts to trick users into sharing credentials or money.
• Malware, malicious links, or attempts to exploit users or the Service.

2) Reporting and user controls

We provide an in-app reporting system for users to report content and accounts that may violate this policy. We review reports and take appropriate action.

If you cannot access in-app reporting, you can email support@erclick.org with details (username, link/screenshot if available, and a description of the issue).

3) Enforcement actions

We may take one or more of the following actions based on severity, risk, and repeat behavior:

• Remove, restrict, or disable access to content
• Limit distribution or visibility
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently ban accounts
• Preserve evidence and cooperate with legal requests where required

4) Copyright complaints (notice-and-takedown)

If you believe content on erClick infringes your copyright (including music/audio), email support@erclick.org with:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The location of the allegedly infringing content (link, username, and any relevant identifiers)
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

We may remove or disable access to the content and may terminate repeat infringers.

5) Appeals

If you believe your content or account was actioned in error, contact support@erclick.org with your username and a brief explanation. We may request additional information to verify your claim.
