Age Policy

erClick is intended for users aged 13 and older.

1) Minimum age (13+)

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use erClick.

2) Not child-directed

erClick is not designed for, marketed to, or directed at children under 13. We do not intentionally provide child-directed features.

3) Underage account removal

If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 13, we will take steps to:

• Remove or disable the account
• Delete associated personal data and content, subject to legal requirements and limited retention for safety/fraud prevention

4) Contact

If you believe an account belongs to a child under 13, report it in-app (where available) or contact support@erclick.org.
